For each visitor to my Web page, my Web server automatically recognizes only the visitor’s domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).

I collect the domain name and e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to my Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with me via e-mail, the e-mail addresses of those who make postings to my blog, aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit, information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information I collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of my Web page, disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing my Web site and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of my Web site.

With respect to cookies: I use cookies to record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit.

I do not make the e-mail addresses of those who access my site available to other organizations.

If you supply me with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided me your address.

From time to time, I may use visitor information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in my privacy notice. If my information practices change at some time in the future I will post the policy changes to my Web site to notify you of these changes and I will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at my Web site periodically.

Visitors may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by e-mailing me at the above address. Upon request I may offer visitors the ability to have factual inaccuracies corrected in information that I maintain about them.
