Hi! I’ve been enjoying and admiring the Cephalopodcast for some time, and I figured it was time to pipe up. I’m a grad student working on Humboldt squid. I just happen to be on site in San Diego this summer, and I’ve been very entertained (and a little frustrated) watching the media balloon. I vented a bit in my most recent blog post on Humboldt Squid, Jumbo Hype–although I was also touched to find that many people tried to save stranded squid by throwing them back in the water! Perhaps the Squid-Human Reconciliation Society has an active chapter in La Jolla? Anyway, thanks for being an inspiration to me. =)
Danna – Thanks. And I thought Cephalopodcast was a clever name for a Web site. Definitely adding your Cephalopodiatrist.com to my feed reader.
